One-Time Fee - The One-Time Fee provides a 12 month listing from the date of posting. At the end of the twelfth month, your listing will be removed. After a listing has been removed, regular pricing resumes for any reinstatements. This policy will help keep our records up-to-date and prevent you from receiving phone calls after your property has been either sold or taken off the market.

Corrections or Updates - To make changes or modifications to your listing, email the information to us or give us a call at the number listed on the Contact page.

WeHelpRent.com does not guarantee the rental of your property. WeHelpRent.com is not responsible for any listing containing fraudulent or incorrect information.

In regards to real estate listings, additional signs may be purchased for $15 to cover the cost of the sign and shipping and handling charges. Please call or email for any additional signs needed.

Listings on WeHelpRent.com are for the initial property listed. No other items may be substituted. All new items to be listed fall under the terms of a new listing and all new costs and conditions apply.

Listing Removal - To remove your listing from the WeHelpRent.com website, simply call or email indicating your property is rented or no longer for rent and we will gladly remove your information.

WeHelpRent.com will never disclose your information to any third party without your consent. WeHelpRent.com does not track your IP Address or use cookies to track you. Your contact information may be used to contact you when necessary for administrative purposes related to your account. We store no financial information or social security information on our sites.
