A. Yes, WeHelpRent.com listings are a one-time-only fee and your listing lasts for 12 months. There are no monthly contracts or monthly fees for WeHelpRent.com listings.

Q. Why can't I perform a search of available properties on your website?
A. WeHelpRent.com is a web design service, rather than a property listings or classified ad service. By NOT allowing searches of available properties, you are allowed to use your WeHelpSell.com link in newspaper classifieds. Please contact your local paper for their rules and regulations.

Q. What are some suggested ways to use WeHelpRent.com links?
A. There are MANY ways to successfully use WeHelpRent.com links. Here are a few ideas:

• The most effective way to use a WeHelpRent.com link is to insert your link into a classified ad. The ad then becomes more than just words on paper, allowing your buyer the opportunity to view color photos and more lengthy descriptions of your item(s).
